How long does it take to process an order?

We appreciate your patience as we process your order for shipping. Our dedicated team works hard to fulfill your orders quickly and efficiently.  Each package is thoughtfully prepared with care because we genuinely value your support and want to ensure you have a great experience with us. 

 

What about shipping?

We currently ship within the US. Shipping times depend on your location. If you live close to us in New York, you'll received your order faster than if you live in California.

 The USPS quote is 2 - 8 business days for shipping.

At this time, we DO NOT offer international shipping.

Personalized or custom orders take 2 - 3 days to create and deliver because they are

made-to-order.

If your order happens to arrive damaged, we kindly ask you to email us as soon as you can with your order number and a photo of the item.  We are here to help and will address each situation individually to find the best solution together.
